Update,
Been into the car pretty well. Some gauges non op, Needs 1 caliper rebuild.
I think the reason this thing wasn't running was pretty simple, Its a manual choke with the adjuster under the steering wheel.
Well the choke wasn't moving because the cable and outer cable were moving together and wasn't moving the choke. Then IF it was started it would SMOKE and run horrible and then Leak gas. Replaced the Worn out Diaphragms in the carb fixed all that.
Now after 25$ running very nice and has A very radical cam.
Un fricken real.

It works. The report seems like it gave you a pretty good idea of what you were about to get yourself into.

Car was driven 500 miles in 10 years so no wonder.
Runs great, has radical cam 781 Oval port reworked heads with dual springs to support cam i would guess there are larger valves and porting work done as the heads look new. oil cooler electric fan, meth injection, Msd box.
**What a trip to drive. Ya the suspension was gone over new springs front and back adjustable shocks, new roll bars 1 1/4" front, new bushings.
Took 6 people to push it on to the transport.
Manual steering/brakes
