Default Distributor question....

Hi all. I have a 68 vette with a 454 out of a 71 and i am looking to change the distributor for a high-performance one. I am wanting to hear what you all (my experts) feel is the best high-performance dist. I am looking at a MSD ready-to-run or the Digital E Curve. Anyone feel either is a good fit?? Something better to consider?? I have been rebuilding the vette with a lot of your advice and i thank you all in advance!!!!!!!

How about instaling a spring kit and brass distributor stop bushing, using a dial back light to set total to 36, and if you have to get rid of the points installing a kit like Petronix or Mallory Unilite? A lot cheaper and same HP gain as switching distributors.

Default 1975 hei

All you would need is a 1975 HEI distributor...It would be hard to find anything better at whatever the cost.....compact with every thing inside the distributor and simple to install........

It may not look as fancy as the 'trick stuff' for the bench racers or at the local cruises, but they are just as good!.....
