He told me he ran it up to 140 and it scared him.It got to squirrely.

I saw the paperwork on the motor. He didn't Install it. The previous owner did. The paperwork said 22,000 dollars for that motor.

My wife always said she wanted a Cobra.....
we even looked into a Factory Five kit.....
then she took one look at a chrome bumper C3 project,
and came to her senses.
She said "Buy it!", so we did.

After Caroll Shelby quit making that version of the Cobra, those 'carb containers' were re-tasked as turkey deep-fryers. I could never figure out why a car that unique and expensive would need and item from the kitchen department at K-Mart.
