That is why I love living in sunny California, the toys are enjoyed year round, as long as flying debris doesn't damage your passenger side. Sorry, had to vent a little.
Turn it on, rev it up and enjoy the sounds, even if you can't drive it yet.

Add to that . . . guys in ford fairlanes, I did get a chip in the paint from that guy at DD.
Sorry to hear that, Steve. Amazing how careless some people can be. You'd think that someone attending a car meet would show a little care and respect for the other participants. Can it be touched up?
I took advantage of dry roads yesterday, they were calling for snow all day but I managed to put about 100 miles on mine or I should say my 4 year olds Corvette lol. It was to cold to put the top down but I got to try out and adjust the new HEI dist. and all I can say is wow I can't wait till spring.... When I put the car away it started snowing and 2 inches fell over night here in NE Ohio.
Took my 71 out for a nice little run yesterday. It was sunny and dry. Streets were pretty much salt free too! Car ran nice and when I put it back in the garage I had one of those Vette smiles on!!
Friday was starting to look real good. then the weekend happened.
1/4 inch of snow and they want to load up the roads w/ salt. Guess that is southern living. I'll have to wait for another inch or so of rain to clear out the roads. Maybe next weekend.
Spring fever is here for sure, I brought my 79 to my mecanic this weekend for spring tune up and a once over... After the first big rain fall I will take it out for the summer
