We have had several requests for a Steeroids group purchase over the past few weeks so we figured we should start a thread to see how much interest there is. There needs to be enough participation for it to be a proper GP so let's first see who's interested and then we can start the actual sale.
This will be for all Corvette Steeroids rack and pinion conversion kits. Participating in the GP will get you a 15% discount off the list price. For C2 and C3's the discount price is $1104.15 (the list is $1299) and for C1's the discount price is $1699.15 for a power kit with a paintable column (list is $1999) or for a powder coated or chrome column $1806.25 (list is $2125).

Mention that you are a forum member and give your forum name. For online ordering you must write this in the notes on the order form. The discount will be applied after the order is submitted but before it ships.

I missed out on the forum GP for the Steeroid conversion.
I have an '81 Corvette that was rated NCRS Top Flight a few years ago and has only been to car shows and cruise-ins since then. It now has a leaking steering control valve and cylinder and I am thinking seriously of converting to rack and pinion with your system rather than spending hundreds of dollars for repair of the old steering system only to have poor steering control again.
The thing I like about your conversion system is that it is bolt on. I don't want to do any cutting or welding on this car but do want to start driving it more and enjoying it. I plan to keep all my old steering parts in case I sell the car or ever want to return it to original condition.
I will order your conversion system if you will sell it at the Group Purchase price. Please let me know on here or by PM. Thanks!

It sounds like we've got some interest in another GP. That's fine with us. I can start another thread to keep things separate. We'll need to get a few more people on board to participate before we start so who else in interested?
