Default 80-82 frame

Need a picture of the 80-82 front bumper steel support. This would be piece that comes off the frame and ends up behind the license plate area, it is tube steel and flat in the front. Thanks

Here's one of the AIM pages dealing with the front crash bumper.

They're heavy and bulky.

That's it, thanks guys. It's just as I suspected, my bracket is bent at the bottom, would explain the bad fit. I'll straighten it.

They're always bent at the bottom.

It seems like GM designed them to be at just the right height, to always hit the concrete parking lot bumpers.
