Ok so I havent started the car in a few weeks. THe car is on a charger.. And I went to start it tonight and it wouldnt start.. I pulled a plug and I dont see any spark.. ? ? I may have left the key in the on postion the last time I started the car.. What would you think it would be thats burnt out ? ?

If you left the key in the "run" position that long, you may have burned the coil out. (?)

Didn't say what year it is, but if it has points, they could be burnt due to the key being left on.

If it's HEI, remove the tach wire from the cap and put your 12 volt test light on the terminal and crank the engine. If the test light flashes, the module is good.

I had the same issue. Out of nowhere the car wouldn't turnover, it sounds like the coil in the distributor.
