Pointer for shift indicator
My '77 doesn't have a pointer for shift indicator but the AIM manual shows one...did they come on all cars for that year? (I haven't taken it apart yet to see if any or all of that assembly is missing).

Take the side panels off and look inside, thats where I found the shift indicator on the 77 I bought back in 1986. never did reinstall it and ended up sending it to a Forum member about 2yrs ago.
