Fiber Optic Cleaning - Console End

I searched and found a couple good threads, I am wondering about how best to clean the fiber optics on the ends that plug into the housings on the console end, mainly the three little guys in the rear of the console and the pluggy little guy in the front. Just figure while the interior is out, should clean these up.

Seems to still have the little sleeve thingies on the end of the three little guys on the rear that retain it in the lens, I dont want to mess anything up.

Leave the little sleeves alone. Just use a Q-tip dipped in a bit of alcohol to wipe off the end of the F/O cable and let dry.

Soap, water, and an old toothbrush. The lenses are apt to be dirtier than the FO.

I ended up getting new lenses, mine were throttled pretty bad, well my front was good....but you can only buy as pair
