Same to you, all the best to you and your family. Haven't even gone over to the storage facility.......it would just hurt too much, hopefully in the next 4 weeks.
About 80 degrees and bright sunny blue skies here in southern California......
Did a short 20 mile spin.....
California sucks in so many ways....but the weather isn't one of them!
I have already seen several Corvette owners out in the past week and know it can't be much longer.
Today in Chicagoland it is in the 50s with the promise of rain tonight.
I went out to the garage and removed the cover and battery charger. She started right up. It was a good sound to hear (and good smell too).
I let her idle for about 15 minutes and started thinking of where I will take my sweetheart this summer (with and without the Mrs).
Have a Happy Easter my Corvette Brothers!
He is Risen!

Yes, winter seemed to last forever here!! I know those of us with non-heated garages have been silently slipping out & patting our baby's backsides, thinking or saying "Only another month"...
I just bought my 73' project the day after Thanksgiving, I JUST WANT TO GET IT STARTED & DRIVE IT......Can't wait for warmer weather! I envy you all driving them already & salute you

Reason: spacing
I've been seeing some C3's on the road myself. I'm trying to make sure the weather isn't crying wolf. I remember about 3-4 years ago it snowed on May 2nd so that ruined me as far as optimism for early season arrival.
I have had mine in and out of the garage a few times to work on the garaged project 69.
22 degrees and clear here. At least a foot of snow in the yard. I live on a dirt road. At least a month of mud-season next. Will be on the road around May 1. Still working on Winter projects.
The weather in NYC is starting to slowly come around althought the forecast is for rain this afternoon. It does seem like we may at least be putting winter behind us. We'll see.
Saw a kind of burnt-orange 68 or 69 coupe today in the Avon, Indiana area, looking good! 50+ day, felt good! Wish I hadn't decided to rip mine apart in January for a body-off! Gotta start sometime though!
I saw a C4 at the parts store this past weekend. Lots of sand here on the secondary roads here still. Need a good hard rain to wash the salt away as well.
Already plenty warm here in East Texas.
Took her out last week and today. The only downside- wiping off all the oak and pine pollen when you get back to the house!
