It sounds like you have a pretty nice car!
Chevrolet kept no records of various option combination production numbers.
Many people do just what you've done and get about as close to a production number for cars like their car as you have.
You're right, not likely there were many made just like yours.
Now, how about some pictures!
Regards,
Alan
With that said, 28,473 sold were autos so that leaves 8935 wide ratio 4spds produced. No way of knowing how many went into L48 or L82.
As Alan said you will not be able to get a definitive answer.

This information is suspect
Color Vinyl Upholstery Leather Upholstery
Black 400 404
Silver 406 407
Neutral 408
Dark Blue 413
Saddle 415 416
Dark Red 425"
The bolded text above might be a clue.
The 1057 figure is for the optional M21 close ratio 4 speed which required the L-82. The 4 speed in your car is the the M20 wide ratio unit.
Why fret over how many others there may or may not be? Why not enjoy the car you have?
For 75, Mille Miglia red is code 76, 3355 cars, third most popular exterior color. Black vinyl is 19V; black leather is 192.

Order a copy of The Corvette Black Book or the NCRS 1968-82 Corvette Specifications Guide and you won't have to rely upon possible misinformation off an internet site.
And I'm the a-hole?
The website is telling you up front, that the info they posted is wrong, and they know it! The interior codes posted there are for 1974, not 75.
The 75 interior codes are:
Silver vinyl: 14V, leather: 142
Black vinyl: 19V, leather: 192
Dk Blue vinyl: 26V, leather: 262
Neutral vinyl: 60V, leather: not offered
Med Saddle vinyl: 65V, leather: 652
Dk Red vinyl: 73V, leather: 732
Just from a quick look at "vettefacts", there appears to be a fair amount of erroneous information there. Do yourself a favor, if your going to look at at that website, do it for entertainment purposes only. Just don't believe evrything you read there.
If you want correct, valid specs and information, about 75 Corvettes, buy the Corvette Black Book, or even better yet, the NCRS Corvette Specifications Guide.
As far as your quest to determine how many 75's were built with the exact same combination of colors and options, as your car, there is no way of knowing. From all indications, Chevrolet never made any effort to track this kind of information. For some years, there aren't even complete production numbers for colors or interior trim. Even if Chevrolet did keep this information, it's not currently available, and may never become available.
The best you can do is make a guesstimate based on the production totals, but it will only be just a guess. Guessing doesn't take into consideration, how options are purchased, which very likely skews the results.
