Default How does C.C. ship their brake lines?

I need to order a full set of brake lines for my '79 project and again will take advantage of the free shipping at Corvette Central, but I'm curious as to how the lines are shipped. Are they coiled up and I'd have to contour them to fit or do they come pre-bent for easy install? I'm curious if they are pre-bent if it is a regular UPS shipment or have to go by truck.. Oh, and Steel or Stainless? Don't want to spend the extra 25 bucks if I don't need to as I need to budget for a while..

Thanks

Pre-bent, UPS. Regular steel is fine.

My long brake lines came with a slight bend in the middle of the long straight run... This required my to straighten and form fit to my frame... No big issues, just a little massaging and TLC are needed... The pre-bends were fairly accurate and was very pleased with the product... Think I got stainless steel, but don't hold me to that (was over a year ago and I'm starting to get old/forgetful)... ;-)

as rogman stated ... most come with a loop for the front to rear run ... but easy enough to form fit to you frame ....
I would however suggest steel as the stainless has a tendency to leak ..... (just from our experience)

After seeing the condition of my original lines I went stainless. They were pre-bent, but they were folded in half before being stuffed in the box. Absolutely no problem with the installation; fit nicely onto the frame.

I would also buy new brass junction blocks regardless of the type of line that you choose. The contours of the flare have to fit themselves into the junction blocks to prevent leaks.
