Finally got the '73 running today!...
I do need to rebuild the carb, had all kinds of gas flowing out of places I didn't know it could come out of....(Q-Jet)....
Still- Very excited...

Nice to hear em fire. Rebuilding a Quad isn't so bad. I've built 4 in the last year.

Very cool! Love the pic! It matches that feeling exactly, when a long-neglected Corvette fires up and runs. The sound of the starter, the clank of the butterfly on the carb and the surprising sound of a Chevy engine firing up and coming to life. H3ll yeah!
