so , my 15 yo daughter is learning to drive, shes driven my suburban and her mom camaro. today I let her move the vette. shes never driven a stick before. she never stalled it evem once. so proud!
the first time I drove a stick I musta stalled it 30 times, she does have any care for the vette or any musclecar so the vette is safe til the younger one starts driving.

yup, thats why I let them do things like this. if I am doing something , both daughters will say hey daddy can I try that.
the youngest (Syd) first drove when she was only 2 years old.
at 8 my oldest was a pro backing up the truck with a trailer.
I love making memories for them and ME

My 4 yr old daughter watched me shift and then says can I try daddy? I was suprised at my answer but the proud dad in me said yes. The smile on her face was priceless.
I am glad to see more proud dads sharing the joy of riding in or driving these great old classic cars. That smile on your daughters face says it all. Just make sure she respects the power and knows the shiney side stays up
