rear end lube

What type of rear end lube is available today for the positive track rear end. I know back in the day we used whale oil to keep the rear end from popping but you can not buy this product today.

Jack, I believe you can still get the GM Posi Additive at dealership parts depts. Failing that, Eckler's (and probably others as well) stocks it.
I use Mobil 1 gear oil and 1 bottle of additive.

I know O'Reilly's also has the friction modifier. Other places too, I'd imagine. The GM stuff works as advertised, though, and is easily available.
