Looks like the Cameo got something dropped on the roof right where the roof meets the windshield. Lots of potential nice cars. Most likely all the engines will need to be pulled and rebuilt. At least the bodies won't be rusted or full of bondo. Easier to restore. Hopefully no painting. Some of the interiors carpet looks like junk.

No problem...the crazy low mile cars were never titled...just take them to a Chevy dealer for work under the "new car" warranty! I'm sure they'll honor it!
it amazing what someone will pay for a ' found out rusting in a field for decades' price..
if I wanted to go and compete in that auction I bet I would be wasting my time as the prices will be 50-100% over what I would pay..
I would like to see what the final prices are though..
I might have to go to that auction. Just to check out the cars. I had to shake my head when I saw video and saw they had hubcaps, steering wheel and other junk laying on the hoods of these low mile cars when they put them back in. WTF???? Granted the cars need cleaning but why possibly scratch or ding the hoods up? I don't get it. I would think the low mile cars would still have good paint not being in the weather.
I saw a sub 10 mile Vega or two on the list, and a chevette. What on earth would the value be on one of those? I want to see how it ends. There were like 7 1963 pickups with under 10 miles also. Neat stuff.

I thought the same thing. Why risk scratching the paint on these cars with parts just for a picture.
...in the one video clip I saw of a young female newsperson at the dealership site looking at the cars come out and describing them, she kept calling the 4 mile '78 Pace Car a "Silver Anniversary model" again & again.
