Time to start fresh

Some quick updates: I sold my dark blue 73 automatic L82 that needed a full restoration because I didn't have time, nor the space to work on such an undertaking. With my ability, I knew it should take me 5 - 6 years to complete, well, I had it for three years and had only changed the plugs, wires, and oil.

I have since picked up a silver 1973 4 speed (m20) L48 that is in beautiful condition. The previous owner took pride in his Corvette and it shows. Beautiful solid frame, replacing parts that needed it over time, and restoring parts as he could. He did all the work himself except paint and it is wonderful. I am sure things will come up and I will have questions but I will also use the search function as it has already helped a lot. I don't mind turning the wrench myself and look forward to continuing the work the PO has started and keeping this one as nice as I can.
I already took her to Corvettes of Lancaster today and what a great turn out there was. Wish I could have stayed longer than the hour and a half I had, but family takes priorities.
Look forward to chatting with you in the future, and hopefully I can be a resource to some as well.
Have a great day everyone!
The only two items that need to be addressed or at least looked into is that the right brake light is not working (looks like a broken wire near the boot into the tail lens) and the air conditioning was never charged. What I am debating now is if I should try and charge it with R12, or pull it and convert the unit to except R132, or pull it and replace the unit all together. It is rough sometimes to have so many choices.
I drove a 69 today for the first time in 35 years.
You sound like a pretty level headed guy. Enjoy and be proud when you make it available for others to enjoy, also, at shows.
