Default Aux Fan ?

Did 78 Corvettes with AC come from the factory with a electric auxilary fan ?

By AUX fan are you asking if the radiator/condenser used an electric fan and not a clutching fan?
I can't knowledgeably answer your question but I would guess that a '78 still used an engine mounted clutch fan. I don't think thermostatic electric radiator/condenser fans arrived until the C4 Corvettes made there debut. We'll soon know .

No. Auxilary fans went to 79 and 80 L-82 cars with AC and all 81-82s.

Ok, thanks,,,does anyone know if they came with 4 core radiators or if they were 3 core from the factory ??
