Yea it's crazy, the helper pushes down on the pedal and I open the bleeder and nothing??? I did power bleed it after that with the Motive and got alot of fluid out. I re did the whole system and to me it still just don't feel right.
Bad master

No resistance, so no pressure needed.

Either the MC is not producing the pressure or you have an obstruction. You should not be able to hold back the pressure from the MC while holding your thumb over the outlet hole with helper pushing on pedal. Sorry I can not offer more help. Frustrating when I can not get my hands on the car. mike...
You're missed mds3013's response.
Your master is probably bad, doesn't matter if it's new.
If you get flow with the Motive then the system is clear and full, including the differential valve, hoses, and the master pistons are relaxed.
You're simply not pressurizing the front circuit.
Probably nothing wrong with your calipers, talk to another shop.
My thoughts exactly. As soon as OP said he couldn't get fluid out of the front calipers when manually bleeding (but could with power bleeder) it sure says bad M/C.

Wow I paid extra bucks too to get a AC Delco unit. What do you guys think a good replacement would be or does it matter? Also what did you think about the fluid at each bleeder?

I'm not sure you have a genuine replacement master cylinder if it doesn't have bleeder screws on it. Corvette Stainless Steel brakes and Corvette Central both sell the correct master cylinders. Probably other vendors also.

Well I just went out to the car and gravity bled the calipers but just for a short time. At first I didn't have any fluid coming from the LF caliper then it started to flow. After awhile I closed the bleeder up and checked brake feel. Nice and firm so now for a test drive. I now have a firm pedal but it seems too firm if that's possible. I tried to lock up the tires but it wouldn't do it, I did this at different speeds. I don't know if this is correct or not. I did however order me the correct M/C, new bleeders and a set of stainless steel brake lines. The only way I was able to lock up the tires was in gravel and that was at low speeds but the back wouldn't lock up??
