Default Looking for my Vette

I am looking for my long lost corvette. In 1982 when I sold it the color was blue with silver striping. It had a small block 350, Automatic transmission, black interior. It was sold in Powdersprings GA.
The only thing that I know is the tag number when I sold it. Does anyone know how I can track it down?

Check back through your records and see if you can come up with the VIN.

There is hope, you just may get lucky.

Was looking at vettes on Craigs list several weeks ago and came across this same situation. His dad sold the car decades ago and the son wanted to buy it back. Said he sold it to a guy in my town and he posted a pic of it.

It was his lucky day, nothing was done to the car and I recognized it instantly. Went to the owners property and gave him the phone number and he contacted him. Hope it worked out for both of them.

I would post on Craigs list in the state you sold it to. It just may still be there. Its free, nothing to loose. Good luck.

If you have the Vin, you may get lucky and it may be on the Corvette registry. Good Luck
