All of this deserves checking but I think that "BE" means the 35th week of 1971 which is in the month of August. "ND" is the Topeka plant which concurs with the first questioner. On the reference material I have I don't see an explanation for the last 4 digits. More study required.

I am new to this board and not to computer smart so please bear with me if I make a mistake. BE should read the 35th week of 1970 I believe as for the next two after ND these are the load range of that tire and the last two according to my documents are T1s 2W C.P.C. P.G. but have no idea as to what these codes are referencing any ideas?
