Am I the only person that is having trouble logging into the Forum and going directly to the C 3 forum ? on the upper left of my screen under communities everything says C 6 and I cannot change back to the way I had it. Thanks

I used to have that problem too, sometimes it depends on the broswer your using, i.e. Up-dating my broswer from Internet Explorer 7, to Internet Explorer 9 eliminated that problem.
Also try using a different broswer like Chrome. And you could try googling the page you want and saving that page in your favorites. Sometime the (old) linkes in your favorites will get corrupted and won't work properly.
This is not a web-site issue, more than likely you need to up-date your system and or do some maintenance on it.
