I think the birdcage has some rust but hard to see the extent of how bad it may be. The frame behind the weather striping looks solid but I can see some rust behind the drives door hinge. Any thoughts?

definitely worth the asking price, a lot of work ahead but well worth it.
corvette parts are way more expensive than mustang parts just know whats ahead of you

I have not purchased it yet. My lack of knowledge on Vettes had slowed my purchase. Just trying to find out what exactly is there. Thanks for all the input!

There's definitely more money in parts than the asking price, should you change your mind after purchase. I don't think you would get hurt financially with this car. Inspect this car very closely to assess how much is going to be needed to put back in complete operating condition before you start spending money on it.
