Help find more vette shows
Went to Carlisle Sat. forgot to do a few things,are there any shows similar to Carlisle coming up that I could consider. Swap and sell things with plenty of vette to see ??? Please help forgot to say I was in Roanoke Va. the southwest corner of the state. Thanks again Alan for info, looking to take various pics of 69s to better restore mine. Has orig mtr. just want it to stand tall.

You might consider Corvette Expo in Sevierville, Tennessee on October 18 & 19.
It's not nearly as big as Carlisle, but then again...nothing is.
Really the events with cars and PARTS to not miss are Carlisle, Bloomington, Corvette Expo, and the NCRS Event in Florida in January.

If you're interested in seeing 69 cars that are original or restored you really can't beat the NCRS events.
The events I listed are events that have considerable parts for sale too since that's what I thought you were looking for.
Do you have the latest NCRS 68-69 Technical Information Manual & Judging Guide?... I think that would be a help to you while you're working on your car.
Also Rick Bizzoco's 69 GuideBook is a great source of information too.
It's too bad you missed, (maybe you were there?), the NCRS National convention in Hampton Virginia this summer...I believe there was a full class of 68-69 cars there. They would have been interesting cars for you to see.

Thanks Allen, car has original drivetrain and I found the build sheet on the tank. Not going for NCRS but will get book so not to stray to far and keep things tastefull. thanks everyone for input
