Seat swap/upgrade
Seats in my '70 'vert do no favors to my previously injured back. The originals are in great condition, but even one-hour rides with a lumbar support from the HealthyBack Store are making me suffer!
Anybody try swapping newer ones in from, say a c5/6?

This has been done and discussed on the forums extensively. I put c5 z06 seats in mine. The factory tracks can be made to bolt to the c5/6 seats and fit in the stock location. I'm taking mine out because I'm too tall and my head touches the headliner. For people under 6", I think it's a great swap. Definitely gets a lot of questions and compliments at car shows.

I was thinking somebody must have tried it. I've been searching through the threads, but keep getting sidetracked on other interesting 'stuff'. There's so much here!
