Just for comparison, I have 18x10 wheels, with 5.75" BS, and 295-40-18 tires, they do not stick out, they are tucked in nicely, but barely. I had to relocate brake cable, heavily modify the trailing arms, shorten my fiberglass spring, customize the sway bar, and give the frame a little nudge in a couple spots.
