My guess would be a capacitor. Prolly the blower motor was getting weak, not starting well and Bubba stuck that on as a starter capacitor. Gave the blower motor a little extra juice at the beginning and then it ran fine on it's own after that. Not a stock part IMHO.

D.C. power line noise suppressor. Used to minimize the 'electrical noise' coming from the blower motor and getting into the radio output.

Thanks guys. I'm going to pull it off and see how it goes with the blower. I did direct wire the blower motor to my 18v drill battery just to see if it would spin and it ran. Hasnt had any power to it in 22 years.....
