looks like he got screwed. not much of value left. drive train was stolen by his "friend", frame has been modified, everything else appears rusted to hell. He could pay me 100 to haul it off.
Besides the obvious question of "why?", the "builder" should pay someone the asking price just to haul it off to the crusher and be done with it.
You know nothing else regarding the foundation is any more correct than the exterior of this cobbled pos. I know it's an opinion but frankly, I see nothing worth salvaging.

I wonder if he kept a photographic record of the build? That would raise the value. Most buyers of "non-traditional" vehicals like to have that info to display at car shows.
