Default Jack date question

I have a corvette Jack numbered 14016051 on the bottom I believe this is for a 77-82 corvette.....where it is dated it says 9G141 I assume that is July 14 1979 just wondering what the last 1 is for ???????? That last 1 has me confused any help appreciated

Thanks...that would make sense !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a 1958 had to get the correct Jack for mine and this was in the car when I got it...looking to sell I see they sell from $200-249 on ebay...I don't have the handle or anything else so I'd probably be in the $200 range

NCRS restorer magazine did an article on jacks. For 76.77. 78 the 3 number date code was located on a base rivet (year & week). For 79-82 it was located on the trunnion and consisted of the year, month & day. It shows a pic of a 82 jack and no extra number was present.

In the 79 Judging manual no mention of this extra digit was mentioned either.

Ebay has a 79 jack for sale with a pic of the date and there is no shift.

How about a pic? perhaps someone with a 79 can chime in.
