About to install the tie rods, idler arm, power cylinder & power pack (steering box with arm already installed), and I never removed it. Wheels are off and front end on jackstands.
What is the best (perhaps ONLY) sequence of installation?
Thanks so much for the link! Exactly what I needed my friend.
Already found a few things pertinent to my rebuild: No upper arm bumpers (none found), and installed sway bar end links with the bolt head up (not sure of the significance of that).

To get the bumpers installed, wrap some heavy twine around the pointed end and feed the ends ot the twine up through the hole. Push the bumper up into the hole and pull on the twine. It should pull the pointed end of the bumper up through the hole easily. Some lithium grease will help also.
