Default 78 Rear bumper removal HELP

Started removing the rear bumper for repairs on the rear quarter panel & to just have it removed since I want to do all the body work on the car myself (I have experience in bodywork & paint). Well before I go off topic, the retainers under the bumper are all rusted & more than half of the studs with nuts were even missing causing a big sag in the middle. I finally got them off (broke most) but I can't figure out how to remove these square nuts holding the bumper behind the rear taillights.

There are 3 squares nuts per taillights lens. Is there anything else that I am suppose to remove before this. The bumper is really loose except from taillights area

Well I noticed that there's a Phillips head on the other side but impossible to take out. The only thing that fits is a mini Phillips screwdriver. Am I trying to remove the right thing?

I use a 1/4" socket with a Phillips head made into it and my air ratchet to get these out. It is tight and FUN to say the least.

For what it is worth:
IF...REPEAT...IF you plan on using any penetration fluid on these rusted bolts...I would CAREFULLY spray or pour some into a lid off a water bottle (FAR away from the car) and use a "Q-Tip" to apply it to the bolts...carefully. Spraying the penetrating oil all over the place is something that would get you in REALLY HOT WATER with me and then having to deal with making sure that this oil does not effect anything down the road in the repairs and paint job would make you realize that it just was not worth spraying that stuff...when care and attention of application makes it useful without a problem in the future...but then again COMMON SENSE applies here...where you should also have paper towels and keep this penetration oil under control and still not allow it to drip all on the inside of your taillight bucket area....and if you get this stuff on your fingers and hands...STOP and wash it off before you begin to smear it all over the place.
