Default 78 C3 Buzzer ASM

I've finally reached a point where I can start back on the wire harness.
On the old harness there was small box with 4 connection tangs on one side and 2 on the other. Them AIM shows the item with a wire tail and connector that goes to the fuse block. It is called a Buzzer ASM.
Mine dose not have the tail, I have opened it up and there is no sign of a wire being attached at any time. The AIM date is 1-25-77 upc is 12L sheet 3 Heading of "78 CORVETTE "Y" 464887. I had tried to test it and got a weak sound, that prompted me to open it what I found was the points were stuck, I cleaned them.
I am not sure if this is a Seatbelt warning buzzer, ignition buzzer or a combination buzzer covering Key, Belt, ect.
The numbers on the back side are partially removed. Two sets /
top row Last three 595 bottom row 31.
???????

The T63 pigtail was for an optional "Light Minder" monitor, not sure, but think it was only available on 77-78 models years. My 78 has that extra lead....(yet to be tested). I'm thinking that if headlights are left on, maybe it's supposed buzz?

So if the buzzer is not working and they can be found, it's not a big deal. They hhave no other function?

It looks like the light green wire of the two wire connector finally ends up at the backup light switch and the orange wire ends up going to a multipoint connection where alot of other orange wires connect, more than likely a positive (+) circuit as those wires are fed by a 20 amp fuse in the fuse panel. Saw a NOS Buzzer Assy advertised for $299, these little parts are killers to replace!

I don't honestly know, but I had a hunch the buzzer could be GM generic and used on other GM makes. I googled the part umber and it pops up on Buicks and possibly other makes.

If the "vacant" connector was used on your car, the same section of the AIM you're in should show what plugged into it.

Upon looking further at the wire sch. with a mag, glass I found where the two wire prong connection attaches to the alarm. the pig tail goes to the LPS connection on the fuse block. I did not have that.I see on line E-Bay one used $100 tested. others are 40-45 poor condition.
Thanks again

I am trying to label the wire connectors for correct connections..some is no problem others I have no idea...the old harness was burned & melted..I have an idea this was a salvage yard build that never got finished, just enough to run.

The wire that is shown in the diagram is gray on my 77. The wiring diagram does not show it. The other 2 connectors at the bottom are one orange and one pink in the same connector. They look like they go to the shop lamp switch. I hope this helps.

Not to offend anyone...but I have been looking for the buzzer box as some call it..I get responses from salvage yards, e-bay, corvette shops, private persons..." I have one or two maybe three" ..then when I ask how much...no reply..or does it work..no reply....
Can I see a picture of it, I do not want to buy with out knowing if it works, is it the right one. I have been burnt before. And it goes the other way too..I have items for sale..when I say make me a reasonable offer Your not offending me, I under stand we all do not have a pocket full of change, least of all me. But come on we have to start with an offer to make this work.
Ok I done...02 cents worth.

Please post up what you find. I may be interested in replacing this part as well.

Thanks,
