I want to know where to get the connector for the "Acme" thread on the seat motor, to use on the wiper door?
The arms for the Miata motors to the headlights look pretty simple to do.
Popup headlights or not, if that is the question i would say: How many sportscars these days are equipped with popup headlights? Answer: almost none...So, the popup lights of the C3 Vette are unique and are unmistakenly bound to the spectacular design of any C3.
Hold on to your popup lights, they make a C3. Why removing them for fixed headlights which every car has these days? Why cover them with an ugly perspex sheet of plastic pop-riveted to the body destroying her body lines? Or even worse: replace them for those butt-ugly four squared fixed headlights which are looking even more horrific on a car as curvy as a C3.
I will probably remove the vac crap in the future for an electric system because i want my lights to open and close fast and exactly simultaniously but the popup lights are definately staying, they ARE Corvette C3!

Nothing says "C3" like the sound of the vacuum releasing followed by the gentle thud when the headlight bracket hits the stop every time you pull out the headlight switch.

Only in my case, there's a two hour gap between the time I pull the switch and when the left headlight door opens. Two hours later, the right one swings up. (rimshot).
