with the t-tops can you tighten the adjustable bolts that push down the t-top when you lock the handle? If you screw them out they make a tighter seal. for the windows pay close attention to how they are sitting into the weatherstripping you might just need to readjust the windows to sit into the weather stripping better. in regards to the windshield and rear window if they are leaking your only choice would be to completely redo them. did you install them recently? I know safe-lite will do it at a decent cost but they wont guarantee that they wont break your back window when they take it out and the back window isnt easy to find replacements of

No i never replaced them. They are the original windows. I will take them out and start over on the rear and the front.

How bad are the leaks, and where exactly are they?

Sometimes the windshield leaks are indicative of a bigger problem (rust!)

I have a rear window if you break yours, I took it out to put in a removable window.

I know this is an old thread but do you know if the rear window (1980) has a seal or do you just use tube sealant/adhesive? Thanks
