I can see enough detail to make out your key codes! 
L48 M38 with J50...must be about a mid 1970 Corvette. Job number looks like 707 or 767. Actually, its in better shape than many I have seen recently.
To gain greater clarity, scan...not photgraph but scan. You'll create an image that can be zoomed in and really see characters.
