Default Phoenix Az, Mechanic

Hey, Anybody in Phoenix Az know of a good C3 mechanic on the North West side of Phoenix. There are some good shops in Mesa. Tempe and Chandler but thats a bit to far for me.

Thanks the Captain

Several years ago when I lived out there, I went to Jake's Repair Shop in Glendale. He works on all kinds of cars, but almost always has a Corvette in the shop. He's a good guy, knows his stuff, and will treat your fairly....if he's still there.

I consider myself a pretty fair C3 mechanic, but you probably want someone ASE certified. There's a place called Action Auto on Cave Creek Rd. I've never taken anything there, but I've heard they're good and are reasonable.

I am in the same boat. I moved just east of the 17 & just south of Carefree highway & looking for someone that wrenches on C-2's & 3's. Do you have a shop or wrench on the side? THANKS KEN

Since I retired, I work on my own vehicles. Right now I'm in the midst of restoring a 44 ****** MB and my 77 C3. The C3 is almost done. About the only thing left is paint. It's tough to find a good mechanic that you can trust. Especially if you're new to the area. Good luck finding one that knows Corvettes.
