Lowered Vette
Lowered Vette last weekend -- use How-To from when I lowered previous C3. No new shocks this time and needed to cut off 1 1/2" (1 & 1/8 coils) which lowered about 3" in front. For rear i used C4 rear bolts which are about 9".

The wheels, tires, and lowered stance really combines to make the car look like it means business. Great looking, even from someone who tends to veer towards the stock side of things.

At this height, is it possible the tires could hit the body?

That looks great! I've already lowered my front by cutting 1 coil and want to lower back a bit but was wondering why I need to buy the 8" bolts for the back when I can just go buy a couple 8" grade 8's, is there a difference?
