I have no idea but I have no clue what you are referring to as you are suggesting someone is guilty of slander in this thread.

Thanks for the clarification.
As you are aware online words get taken the wrong way on occasion.....(mine are a perfect example, towards you and your buddy ob). In addition, your perception of my comment is another perfect example, it was given as helpful advice not accusing.

By posting publicly, you could inadvertently injure another's ability to profit. Not that it was your intent, but........It's a fine line, one that keeps my fingers on hold often.

I'm not suggesting anything other than be careful with your wording, the questions are fine!

There is no ill intent here. Perhaps you are referring to the pricing game here. I do not think this would be an issue at all. No opinion about the price was given by anyone and I was not instructed to not disclose the pricing.

I think the seller would applaud the attention on CF on this car and it has been repeated by members and myself that this car is VERY nice and appears to be the real deal. If a seller would be upset about this attention my guess is they should get their head examined.

I appreciate the warning but I do not see any harm or foul here. If the mods or admins feel I violated any forum guidelines they are free to contact me and deal with me accordingly.

My guess is the seller knows about this thread by now and if there is an issue they could easily send a message to the admins here to cease and desist this thread at once.

I have no dog to fight with this car. I simply think it is a fantastic car in great condition. If someone is in the market for a car like this, as I was as one time, and does not care about the color change (which is also fact-proven through the trim tag) I think it is a purchase to consider.

This exchange is getting bizzare. Simply put I still don't know what you are talking about. You can't ignore something you don't understand.

If you wish to further explain this to me so I have an understanding feel free to inbox me.

I really don't understand the issue. Best regards.

What's so bizarre?

Does your thread satisfy the four items listed? Well let's see?

1.that the defendant conveyed a defamatory message......Your first sentence.
2.that the material was published, yes
3. that the plaintiff could be identified as the person referred to in the defamatory material, yes
4.that the plaintiff suffered some injury to his or her reputation as a result of the communication.

Number 4 is a very good possibility with statements made on some of your threads/posts!

OK?

Can't you just accept help when it's handed to you, without reading into it?

You're welcome

Someone mentioned this before. Perhaps solid lifters? Upgraded to LS6 specifications. I don't know. An inspection of this car would probably determine what it is.

You don't need an excuse to post pictures of your car IMHO, I painted my WBY coupe black because of a '69 I saw that was black, and knew right then my car would be that color.

Yours is a beautiful example!

I am in the same group as you!

What was troubling me was such a beautiful black example seems to be so clean. Usually when I see "resale reds" for example you can pick out all sorts of trash and a lot of times I swear they are made with pinball machine parts.

I love the black cars and always have.

This car is definitely stealthy and someone who likes black cars and doesn't mind color changes would absolutely love this one. That is for certain.

Name your price on this black car who want to play!

Why spead out like information in different threads just makes finding all the info harder and takes up more space...I think it's nice to have fresh input on old threads.

On this threads black car,
I think and I could be wrong black is more popular than yellow,
Purists aside most people will paint a car to suit their tastes, I recall a fellow at the car cruise I would haunt he hated the color of his vette when people would say paint it he would say he cant it's the original color....so he delt with a color he hated...not me lifes too short.
