What is an acceptable rotor runout. I have .004" on the Drivers Front and .015" on the Passenger side. Still waiting on my O-ring rebuild kit to put the calipers back together.

I would say most try for .005 and under.
IIRC, the chassis manual say .005
but if your in there anyway, trying for slightly better won't hurt.
Also, make sure all the nuts are tight and don't span too much without a shim

BTW .015 sounds really excessive, did you try indexing it around looking for a better orientation...
