Installed some DRL's

added some daytime running lights for a little safety. was also a chance to clean and repaint the lower grills.

I really like those for the aesthetics alone. I wonder what a set of HID foglight projectors would look like down there used as drls? For how cheap you can get a reliable set of those these days, I may look into it. Something similar to this:

They are called driving lights on the pkg. they were only $18....

Great idea. I have been thinking about this myself. Where did you wire them into? did you use a relay?

i used a relay, the lights get power directly off the alternator (cs140), i do have a circuit breaker between the alt. & relay, the relay coil is powered off the fuse box from one of the IGN. plugs (which is protected by the gauges fuse 10 a). i put a switch inside also if i want to turn them off. the lights draw 15 amps. ( so says the pkg they were in)
my headlights use relays also...
