Help with bumper
I am swapping out my 1978 corvette rear bumper for one with the spoiler, not sure the year of the replacement bumper probably 81 0r 82 . It fits well with the exception of the tail lights and the bottom brackets, brackets had to be removed for the bumper to fit, do I need to get the brackets from a later year, and the tail light brackets?

Is it urethane or fiberglass? I would just ditch the the stock tail light brackets and make a bracket the attaches the bottom of the license plate bracket to the bumper. That will take the flex out of the middle.
