Default NCRS Crystal River ?

Just a quick question for the NCRS guys , are these types of events open to the public or are they exclusive to members ?
Crystal river is about 15-20 minutes from me and this would be a good opportunity to check things out.

Hello. I was hoping to go to this first meet but had a prior commitment. I do not know if they allow spectators free of charge. You best bet is to contact tyler townsley with the florida chapter to see if you can simply observe as you are considering joining the ncrs? I don't think I would just show up unnannounced.

Definitely a great opportunity, hop on by! No entry fee at a chapter meet and in my experience visitors are very welcome. Drive the corvette, great way to start the conversations, then witness the process.

If you want lunch, through, bring a twenty.

it would be great to check it out , I just wasn't sure if it was a private "member only" kind of thing or not. My vette hasn't been out from under the cover in about 6 months if I can shake all the cobwebs off it in time it would be a nice drive. thanks for the replies

It may/may not be members only. Best contact the meet chairman and ask. If it's open to the public, be prepared to just look and not touch and it could be most people are busy with whatever job they've got and have little time to talk. Judging meets are not social meets.

Hi dtam,
I've never seen any interested person turned away from taking a look at the cars at a Chapter Event.
While I agree that it's not a good idea to interrupt the judges while they're working, there are generally other members around that can answer a newcomer's questions about what's going on.
You should go take a look.
Regards,
Alan

Here are a couple of pictures that illustrate that.

Hi NW,
I noticed how YOUNG you look there, and the fact that you STILL look like that!
Regards,
Alan

PS: NO WATER ON THE FLOOR BACK THEN!
I sure wish we'd move back to the show room!
