Impossible task. But that is because the door card is the factory recommended pressure levels and what is on the tire is the MAXIMUM pressure that tire is rated to operated at, at MAXIMUM load.
Yes, that's what many of us have been saying. The door card takes precedence, not what's written on the tire.
I'm just wondering why you asked me to find a door card that matched what is on the tire. Nowhere in my responses did I suggest that they would. Actually, the opposite! Perhaps you just misunderstood?
And it is important to note that the door card does not take precedence UNLESS the tires are the same as what it came with from the factory. And even then, it is still ok to experiment with what pressure works best for YOU and your needs.
I think my 68 calls for 24 psi front and back....I run 32 in front and 28 in the rear...my car handles good here in the mountains and also rides good and has excellent tire wear. I am running B.F. Goodrich radial TA's. My vette is really smooth riding with these tires.
OVERBLOWN....I agree with your statements. NO tire will state the recommended tire pressure...too many varibles.
