383 intake
purchased a 383 motor with vortec heads, the intake is different than the one on the original 350 motor (bolt Spacings)none of the originel brackets fit,is that the way its supposed to be

Need a vortec intake, so your original intake won't fit. Someone posted on the forum awhile ago that the newest version of the GM ZZ383 can accept both styles of intake - no idea on that one, yet.
