Small Garage Hoisting Frame
I have a very small garage for my '80 Vette and at some point it will be inevitable that my baby must undergo a complete body-off restoration given the bad state my car is in...
I manufactured a hoisting frame and bolted it to the walls and floor.
Just want to share the idea:
A lot of hoisting points so i can reach from all directions:
Corner braces are very solid:
Not very much room but it is all i have.
I also did the famous "tennisball-on-a-wire" trick so i can enter my garage and when the windshield touches the tennisball i know i am spot on position
Sometimes if you have limited space you have to improvise...
