Guys I have just put a carbon fibre rear spring and 4 new Bilstein shocks on my 75 Vette and I seem to be getting snap oversteer.
Can you give me any suggestions what I can do to fix the problem?
Will a larger front stabiliser bar hep?
If the new rear spring has a higher rate than the old spring, you are effectively transferring dynamic weight to the front of the car. If the alignment checks out, then you need to tune the suspension to move some of the front weight to the back, like with a tighter front bar. And don't overlook air pressure adjustments. It might be solvable by taking a couple psi out of the rear tires. It would cost you nothing to try it.
