Default Shoulder harness rebuild

My 1971 seat belts and chrome hardware are in very good shape...no pitting at all. Problem lies with shoulder belts, the retractors "hang up" and drivers side belt keeps folding up on itself as it does retract. Is there a vendor that will rebuild just the retractors and install new belts for shoulder harness? Thanks for any guidance...

you can get them rebuilt, but I think you'll pay more to do that than getting all new. seat belt solutions in florida can do it, but their new ones work really like new.

I used SSnake-Oyl and they did a terrific job on my 78 belts/retractors....Actually all they did was install new retractors and they work great...

Unless the car is "show only" you should probably get the webbing replaced too. The webbing deteriorates over the years and will fail in an accident.
