Progress on 73 restoration

I downloaded some of the before and after pictures to photo bucket and you can see them from this link.

I have rebuilt all the suspension and brake calipers. All new brake lines and master cylinder.
New gas tank and sending unit. New tires and front bumper cover. Replaced all weather stripping on doors, A and B column seals, and t-top.
All I need now is to have the transmission rebuilt and then I can install the engine and it.
Will wait until the weather is a lot cooler before I tackle that.
The interior turned out to be more than I expected. I lined the whole interior with heat barrier, the silver lining.
Then new carpet and next restored the seat frames and installed new cushions and new leather seats.
I have done all the work myself except, the q-jet carb was rebuilt by Lars and I am not rebuilding the trans myself.
This has been an ongoing project for 2 1/2 years. I have to work slow being 67 and old age takes it's toll.

This is my original thread.

I also want to also thank everyone that has helped on the forum. Your help has been invaluable.

I bought the seat covers (original style leather) and the seat foam from Willcox. They are made by Corvette America.
They have a very useful video on the installation of the seats and foam on different year models on their website.

You have a good point.
I maybe should have continued the original thread, but I thought members would get tired looking at all the old information.
I will post this update photo link on the original and in the future will carry that thread forward.
Thanks for your suggestion.
Donnie

Again I would like to thank you and the other members that
helped me along the way with comments, suggestions, and encouragement.
