Do you guys think something like this would be good? I'm definitely not ignoring the advice to get a storage unit, I'm just looking for other viable options. This would be out of the sun, rain, wind, basically the elements and the front zips down to completely enclose the car.

What about an enclosed trailer, like one from Haulmark, you can drive your car in and out of it, lock it up
Then when you get your garage next year, you can sell the trailer for almost what you paid for it

Do they have pretty good resale value? Theyre pretty expensive.

Yes they can cost more than 5 or 6 grand, but they are pretty weather tight, selling them later, you never know !

These are nice ....Just make sure that they are anchored down good . I had one over my boat in my driveway and came home to find it in my back yard .

that's what we have, works well, doesn't keep dirt and dust completely out in wind, but the shelter logic is a great unit. Put plastic down under the car first.

If it is only going to be a year and you are going to use it, just get a good cover. Stop with the carports and trailers that are going to cost the guy 5 or 6 grand. Just take care of the paint and cover it.
