One mod I'd really love to try is the electric headlights. I think 7T2Vette did them (correct me if i'm wrong). Besides... already have to replace the vacuum lines so why not try.

I did this to correct the hood and front surround alignment on my '68 convertible. It not only supports the front surround, but it is adjustable by adding or removing washers (shims).

I cleaned up the nose of my 75 Vette by getting rid of the line gap between the nose and the body.

Still need to align the hood.

I took out the plastic bumper shock unit, and the boat anchor license plate reinforcement. Shaved about 100 lbs off the front end!

It's clear material with a sticky backside. I cut an oversize piece, carefully pressed it on to get any air bubbles out and then used the xacto knife to remove the excess. Looks pretty good and if it ever peels away I printed a whole bunch more copies. So far so good

Very cool, where did you get the clear material?

Frys around here. Anyplace that sells electronics and has printer ink and paper supplies ought to have something similar. Mine is called "Clear Window Decal Inkjet Film". It would be more durable if I had shot over it with some clear but it's in the car now.

Cold Air Intake - $100

Modified shifter for my T56 six speed swap. Hurst Shifter was $200, but cost me nothing to modify it to come through the stock location in the console. The 6 six speed console shift plate was $20. Looks like a factory installed 6 speed now.

Default Home made side pipes

My '69 originally had side pipes, but they were long gone when I got it, so I made some.

Total cost was in the $275.00 neighborhood.
